Research
Our SENCOs have researched and developed a fantastic new assessment tool which is easy to use and will show the progress of SEN pupils in terms of their Emotional heath and well-being. The tool has been shared at both the Inclusion and EIP Conferences and is available free of charge to all East Sussex Schools on czone.. If you would like to access this tool please contact us at head@st-marks.e-sussex.sch.uk
New Primary National Curriculum Implementation/ Broad and Balanced Curriculum
We are very keen to support other schools in managing the implementation of the new national curriculum and the focus on a broader curriculum for primary schools and hope you will find the work we have undertaken in this area both interesting and useful. Our subject leaders have been beavering away and have developed schemes of work in key subject areas to help you whether a school with single form entry or vertical grouping.
The schemes we have for you to consider are based on Computing, Science, History, Geography and PSHE
