Children are offered a range of tasty and healthy school meals that are prepared freshly, on site every day by Chartwells. Lunch consists of a main meal (hot and cold with vegetarian options), pudding and water or milk. School meals are booked and paid for via ParentPay.

School meals are free of charge to all Infant children (from Reception to Year 2, inclusive). For more information on Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM) please view the Government webpage

 Free School Meals

Your child may be entitled to Free School Meals (FSM) if you as parents receive one or more qualifying benefits.   It is vital that all parents / carers who are entitled to these benefits apply for FSM  even in Years R, 1 and 2 when you do not pay for school meals. If you do qualify, the school will receive extra funding to support your child’s learning in school.

You can apply for Free School Meals  via this link.

Please refer to our Pupil Premium page for information about how this additional funding has been spent to help your children.

 Fruit and Milk

EYFS and KS1 children benefit from the national free fruit and vegetables scheme and are provided with this on a daily basis to eat at break time. KS2 children are encouraged to bring in a healthy fruit or veg snack for morning break.

Early Years children are also entitled to a free serving of milk up until their fifth birthday, which parents need to sign up to, via Cool Milk.
