Individual Needs Assistant
Hours: 26 per week (3 days 8:30 to 12:30 and 2 days 8:30 to 15:30)
Closing Date: 9am Monday 8th December
This is a fixed term position, until 22/07/2026
We are a small Church of England Primary School based in the beautiful village of Hadlow Down, near Uckfield. Our school vision and values are at the heart of everything that we do here at St Mark's.
We are looking for a patient and caring person to join our team of dedicated and friendly staff. This position is to work on an individual basis to support a KS1 child with an EHCP.
We are looking for:
- Experience working with children
- An individual who is energetic, enthusiastic and consistent in their approach
- An individual who is able to deliver planned work 1:1 with creativity
- Flexibility and someone who can think on their feet
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team

Salary & Benefits
Salary: Single Status Grade 3, Scale Point 7 - £24,796 (to be pro rata)
This is a fixed term contract until 22/07/2026 , term time only.
